1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between need82 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). need82 is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services for users in Bangladesh, including live casino, slots and cricket betting.

The key definitions used in this agreement are as follows:

• "Platform" — The need82.cam website and all its services and features.
• "Account" — A personal gaming account registered in the member's name.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds available in the member's account.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or benefits provided under a promotional offer.
• "Bet" — The amount of money placed in any game.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount of bets required to make a bonus withdrawable.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the need82 platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Account use by minors is strictly prohibited. need82 may request valid proof of age at any time if verification is required.

2.2 One Person One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address or device, all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number — must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and the deposited funds may be subject to forfeiture.

2.4 Eligibility Restrictions

need82 reserves the right to reject any person's application to register or use the services, particularly if the person does not qualify under applicable local laws or regulatory rules.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

Ensuring the security of the account is entirely the member's responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone. The member is personally responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the need82 support team immediately. need82 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from a failure to notify in a timely manner.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

need82 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. need82 reserves the right to change the list of payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

No transactions below the above limits will be processed. need82 reserves the right to set maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may depend on the account's history and verification status.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If an account verification process is ongoing, the withdrawal time may increase.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

need82 reserves the right to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal request. The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same unless otherwise approved.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must complete bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each promotion may be claimed only once per person.
• need82 will determine the maximum bet amount allowed when using bonus funds.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Promotional bonuses may not be used in combination with any other offer unless specifically permitted.
• need82 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a game is completed, the result will be considered final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, need82 reserves the right to void or restore the bets for that round.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

A valid bet that has been placed generally cannot be cancelled. However, in cases of server error or technical problems with the game provider, need82 may cancel bets at its discretion.

6.3 Game Provider Terms

Games available on the need82 platform are supplied by third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe). These providers' own terms and conditions may apply.

7. Prohibited Activities and Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the need82 platform:

• Logging in or conducting transactions using another person's account credentials.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Secretly coordinating with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform for gain.
• Registering an account using a false identity or information.

If fraud or prohibited activity is detected, need82 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit funds and take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by need82

need82 may temporarily or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice due to a breach of these terms and conditions, suspicious activity or security reasons.

8.2 Closure by Member

If a member wishes to close their own account, they may notify the support team via live chat or email. An opportunity to withdraw the available balance will be provided before the account is closed, provided those funds are withdrawable under the policy.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

need82 may apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months). The member will be notified in advance by email.

9. Limitation of Liability

need82 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. need82 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet connection failure.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a technical failure by a third-party payment provider.
• If loss occurs due to a problem with the user's own device or connection.
• For consequences arising from activities that conflict with applicable local law.

In any circumstance, need82's maximum liability will be limited and need82 will not be liable for indirect or speculative losses.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
